Andrew Gatien, MD, MS, is a diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and has a Master of Science degree in Pathology. He loves the challenge of practicing medicine and delivering high-quality healthcare to patients in a compassionate, efficient and cost-effective manner. Dr. Gatien’s career spans over 20 years of full-time hospital-based internal medicine that includes treating complex, high-acuity patients and substance use disorders, hospital team management and physician credentialing. Personal attention and the time needed to listen to a patient’s medical and social issues to establish a trusting physician-patient relationship are at the core of Dr. Gatien’s work philosophy.
Dr. Gatien has lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years on the Eastside. He calls Bellevue “home” where he currently lives with his wife, son, daughter and Samson, his mischievous shiba inu. Dr. Gatien enjoys biking, bushcrafting and barbecuing (the 3 B’s) in his free time.
