Same Day/Next Day Appointments When Possible
The average wait time to get into a primary care doctor’s office is 24 days. We do our best to get you in as quickly as possible.
Whether you prefer to talk in the office, on the phone, via text, emails, or photos – we are available to you.
We respect your time as much as ours. The waiting room is small for a reason. At Coho Medical, your appointment starts on time.
Coho Medical Group is a primary care practice located in Bellevue, WA and run by Dr. Scott Greenspahn. We provide a wide range of medical care, including treatment for High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Heart Disease and Narcotics Addiction. We also offer in-office laboratory testing, general medicine questions, and Direct Primary Care/Concierge Medicine. Coho Medical Group was established with the mission of making the primary care experience better for patients by offering simple, easy, and cost-effective access to our services. To this end, we have two models of Primary Care available. The first is Direct Primary Care, a membership service that offers unlimited access to your doctor via cell/text or email 24/7/365 days a year. Additionally, there are no copays for office visits, and we offer discounted medications, low-cost laboratory testing and cash radiology pricing. This model helps people with and without traditional insurance. The second model is the traditional health insurance model where we serve as your primary care providers and accept multiple different insurance carriers.
Coho Medical Group is also a barrier-free office.

He has treated many patients who have been addicted to narcotics, alcohol, and other illicit drugs with inpatient withdrawal protocols. He is here to help with the pandemic of opiod addiction sweeping across the country. He has embraced his change to primary care because of his interest in prevention of disease and his belief that medical costs can be reduced with careful attention to patient’s health care needs.
What we do
We’re primary care doctors
Diplomates of the American Board of Internal Medicine. All of those fancy words merely mean – we’re a group of board certified doctors trying to better the way medicine is practiced. We’ve eliminated long wait times & reduced costs. We treat people with or without insurance and we know our patients on a personal level.
Use Traditional Insurance or Not - It's Your Choice
We realize that everyone is different and quality primary care should be flexible enough to accommodate those differences. With our practice, you can think of our office as your traditional primary care practice, and use insurance, or you can opt for our membership model. If you choose the membership, for a flat monthly fee you get transparent pricing, 24/7/365 access to us, discounted labs and radiological studies. We even dispense certain common medications on site.
We have no hidden fees
Just affordable, top quality medical care! We also know illnesses & injuries don’t respect business hours. Questions arise at any time of the day and from anywhere in the world, which is why we make ourselves available to our Direct Primary Care (membership) patients via Cell/text/email/video. Your doctor, direct.
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment in primary care model embraced by patients, physicians, employers, payers, and policymakers across the United States. The defining element of DPC is an enduring and trusting relationship between a patient and his or her primary care provider. In DPC, unwanted fee-for-service incentives are replaced with a simple flat monthly fee. This empowers the doctor-patient relationship and is the key to achieving superior health outcomes, lower costs, and an enhanced patient experience.
